Innovative Design & Architecture Ltd (iDeA) was established in 2007 by Kevin Thompson and Chris Evans to provide a complete architectural design service, with the emphasis on sustainability and the use of modern methods of construction to deliver low-energy new-build and remodelling projects.

We are one of very few architectural practices that offer an architect-only service. We understand that your project is unique and requires a level of attention to detail and expertise, and we work hands-on and collaboratively with you at every stage of your project. With more than 75 years' combined professional experience, we've helped clients all over West Wales and beyond, crafting plans from concept to completion.
OUR MISSION
The practice aims to combine good contemporary design with high environmental performance standards, and to work towards acheiving cost-effective carbon-neutral buildings. e shall promote the appropriate use of the following in our designs:

• heat recovery systems
• energy efficient heating & lighting

MEET THE ARCHITECTS
Both directors have a track record in the successful delivery of a wide range of building types, in the private and public sectors, with a special interest in education, community and residential developments.
